theUSparty on Twitter...

PS - the OccupyWallStreet movement is awesome!!! They are real Shinola, not the other stuff...

Calling the Kettle Black...
I am amazed at the brazen sham Mitch McConnell is trying to pull off... Pointing out that the Senate is voting on the jobs bill 'to make senators vote and show their position'... What the hell did the Tea Partiers do for the first month of office?
This is a classic case of the very black piece of s^#% calling the kettle black. The kettle is Shinola. McConnell is not Shinola...

Shinola... Know the difference.
My Dad used to say to me all the time, "That guy doesn't know the difference between s#@t and Shinola". If you've ever seen brown shoe polish that comes in a can, you will get the meaning.
If fact, my Dad kept his empty can of Shinola in his desk drawer till the bitter end and I inherited it. Truly, it was the ONE thing of his that I really had to have. Here's to Dad and Shinola.
My Dad, a small town banker (who did a lot of good for a lot of people) might not agree with some of the things on this blog, but I guarantee he would at least look at an alternative point of view. He did that every day in his work.
I plan to keep this blog on the same plane as I might have spoken to my Dad about "issues" of the day. It get's harder to tell real Shinola these days, and this is NOT a "fact check" blog - these are strictly my thoughts and in some cases opinions, written with the temper of a visit with your "banker Dad".
Let's make sure we know the difference before we make decisions. OBM
